1. What’s Included

  • Up to 7 standard Hospitality pages (all can be easily cloneable and editable for you to build out the rest of the website if need. Example Home, Gallery, About, Functions, Book, Blog, Contact

  • Customised template design built from scratch by Media Island. This is a Premium WordPress Website. We find these sites rank better on SEO. Added with an editor tool and Gravity Forms Elite for additional form functionality if needed.

  • Stripe installed for any payments or ticket purchasing (stripe details may be needed to make payments and take purchases online)

  • Mobile responsive design

  • Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions)

  • Contact form integration

  • 2 weeks development turnaround (from receipt of all content)

  • Go-live on your new domain

Hosting & Ongoing Services

2. Hosting Requirement
This $695 website offer is available exclusively with our managed hosting plan at $69 + GST per month.

Hosting includes:

  • Secure Australian-based hosting

  • SSL certificate

  • Weekly plugin updates

  • Security monitoring & firewall protection

  • Daily backups

  • Uptime monitoring

3. Minimum Hosting Term
A minimum 12-month hosting agreement is required for this offer.

If hosting is cancelled within the first 12 months, the client agrees to pay the balance of the discounted website build fee, calculated as:

Standard website build rate minus $990 paid.

No stress, we do think this price is great value to monitor both hosting AND SECURITY of your website.

4. Ownership
The website remains hosted with Media Island during the hosting term.
After 12 months, the website can be transferred upon request once all outstanding invoices are paid.

5. What’s Not Included

  • Copywriting

  • Advanced custom functionality

  • E-commerce (quoted separately)

  • Membership systems

  • Booking systems

  • Third-party software subscriptions

  • Major structural revisions after approval

6. Payment Terms

  • 30% build fee payable upfront, $30 upon draft submission, remaining on go-live

  • Hosting invoiced monthly via stripe subscriptions on auto cc payments. $10 fee is applicable on late fee, must pay on second attempt or $10 fee is applicable.
