NSW GOVERNMENT
In partnership with Hunter Medical Research Institute, University of Newcastle, and Hunter New England Local Health District, we developed two impactful websites for NSW Health: Yarning Up After Stroke and Esteem After Stroke. Yarning Up After Stroke focuses on improving stroke care for Aboriginal people by gathering insights from those affected and the health services that support them. Esteem After Stroke, a not-for-profit initiative, offers a group-based program designed to empower stroke survivors in their recovery journey. Both websites enhance accessibility, awareness, and support for individuals and communities affected by stroke.
