• Initial mockup of 1 x Custom Site for a unique look and feel
• Finalise a 6-8 page high-fidelity mockup of the website that meets the client’s expectations and showcases a visually appealing and user-friendly design.
• Provide revisions of style and layout until the client approves the initial draft, ensuring the design reflects their preferences and aligns with their branding.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Website developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP

• Custom build out the website pages based on the approved design, ensuring a seamless integration of content and graphics
• Build all pages for any necessary/current promotions based on custom design
• Custom build out the home page based on mock
• Build hero image for a header with a video option
• Landing pages for any necessary/current promotions
• Install Events Pro for promotions, and events for what’s on pages.
• Uploading content/images/logo based on existing mock
• Ensure all social media is linked and easily identifiable for users
• Upload all required content and copy, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the website.
• Create landing pages specifically tailored for any necessary or ongoing promotions, allowing effective marketing campaigns.
• Transfer existing content, images, and logos from the current website to maintain brand consistency during the transition.
• Ensure seamless integration with social media platforms, making them easily identifiable and accessible to users.
• Integrate enquiry forms throughout the website for various purposes, such as general inquiries, bookings, or special requests.
• Set up image gallery functionality to showcase work and services
• Configure enquiry forms with automated confirmation emails sent to both the merchant and administrative staff, ensuring efficient communication and streamlined processes.
• Client will review and provide feedback
• Connect with CRM such as Hubspot, Mailchimp. Anything custom CRM will be quoted in separately
• A draft website is uploaded to our staging server for review

TESTING 

Responsive Testing

• Test the website’s responsiveness on various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktops, ensuring an optimal user experience across different screen sizes.

Client Testing and Revisions

• Upload the revised website to the staging server for the client’s final review.
• Address any feedback provided by the client and make necessary changes to the website design and functionality.
• Conduct up to two rounds of revisions to meet the client’s requirements and ensure complete satisfaction.

DEPLOYMENT

Website Migration

• Link the completed website to the main menu and deploy it to the live environment, either on Media Island’s hosting or the client’s chosen hosting provider. Please note that hosting externally, won’t be covered by Media Island’s security insurance, as hosting on the external server we don’t control or manage

Final Check

• Perform thorough testing of the live website to ensure a successful deployment and optimal functionality.
• Complete the GoLive Checklist, including optimising and configuring the database, if applicable.
• Set up user accounts for the client if necessary to facilitate content management and administration.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the design and development teams throughout the project.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members.
• Regularly communicate with the client to provide project updates, discuss feedback and revisions, and address any concerns or issues.
• Define and manage the project scope, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Perform final checks to ensure a successful deployment 

SEO GO LIVE

• Redirect URLs, ensuring site migration doesn’t create 404 errors.
• SEO best practice and implement practices
• Write and upload new meta descriptions and title tags based on high key word search terms
• Add Google Analytics code (GA-4) and relevant Google pixels for tracking and analytics

Additional hosting and security services at a cost of $100 + GST per month, per site if not already hosting site. Normally $150 per site. Inclusions in hosting security package provided:
